Tawwash is a marketing platform that helps Gulf merchants generate marketing content and manage campaigns across email, messaging, social, and advertising, powered by AI. We may develop or modify features from time to time.

You must be legally able to enter into contracts and provide accurate information at sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Some features are offered in paid plans priced in US dollars. Our payment provider acts as Merchant of Record: it issues the invoice and processes the payment, and we never store your card details.

Subscriptions renew according to the chosen plan unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled under the refund policy of our payment provider as Merchant of Record, in addition to any rights the law gives you.

We may change prices in the future and will notify you before any change applies to your subscription.

Tawwash is aimed at merchants in the GCC countries and is priced in US dollars. We do not direct or market the service to consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Specifically prohibited:

Sending messages to recipients who have not consented, or violating anti-spam regulations.

Generating or publishing content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes others' rights.

Attempting to breach the platform, abuse its resources, or exceed fair-use limits.

The content you generate through the platform is yours, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing and ensuring its accuracy, suitability, and compliance.

AI can sometimes make mistakes; we are not liable for outcomes arising from publishing content without your review.

The platform, its design, software, and the Tawwash brand remain our property. Using the service grants you no rights to these assets beyond the right to use it within these terms.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with notice where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
